Welcome to the official homepage for Rocket League: The Thrilling Roleplaying Game! Rocket League is a tabletop roleplaying game that takes place in a 1950s version of the future. Players play the part of characters who are members of the Rocket League - a united organization that seeks to protect Earth's interests and conduct exploration for the good of all mankind.

The 1950s were the golden age of science fiction. Before imagination had been reigned in and space was still a place of mystery and adventure, brave astronauts ventured out on expeditions into the unknown to defend planet Earth from the dangers beyond. You'll confront maniacal robots, mad scientists, and spine-tingling terrors as you and your shipmates venture into uncharted space and forbidden planets. Forget everything you know about how the future turned out - experience the future the way it was meant to be!

Rocket League is an 8.5" x 11" paperback in glorious black & white. It features everything you need to play, save for some paper, pencils, and standard 6-sided playing dice. It has a player section and a Gamemaster section, features full rules and resources on monsters, aliens, spaceships, and several maps. The player section will explain what roleplaying is, give an overview of the Rocket League universe, give the basic rule system, combat, and provide character creation. It will also include some chapters on known spaceships, villains, and monsters. The Gamemaster section will include tips on running and creating Rocket League adventures, generating new NPC's, planets, spaceships, and monsters. It will also include a few fun tid-bits, like "cosmic ray mutations". Lastly, it will feature a full adventure, "The Cycloptic Women of Canopus". The book will also include a full index and user-friendly summary of charts and quick reference information in the back, along with pieces (images of characters, monsters, and vehicles) that can be photocopied onto cardstock and cut out for play.

This site will explain a lot of the basics about the game.
